Delivery

DPD express delivery is available but an additional charge of £1.95 will apply.

Estimated delivery dates will be displayed at checkout as you place your order. UK orders received before 16.00 hours will normally be delivered next day.

Postage costs

All UK orders are dispatched on a free express carriage service, Tracked 24 by Royal Mail. Postcode and oversized item restrictions apply.

Oversized items and UK orders over £450 will be sent on an Express ParcelForce service for enhanced cover. Postcode restrictions also apply.

DPD Express shipping can be selected at checkout for £1.95, but also used for deliveries to local convenience stores (Ship To Shop) where required.

Order processing

Orders placed before 16.00 UK time on a working day will be processed and shipped the same day providing that payment has cleared and been accepted.

Orders placed after this deadline will be despatched on the next working day.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day.

Some brands that we stock & sell have regional restrictions. We do not ship Acushnet & G/Fore products to destinations outside of the EU.

Delivery tracking

If you receive an email from us informing you that your order has been despatched, parcel tracking information from the courier will follow soon after.

If you have not received a confirmed order within 5 working days, please contact info@function18.com with your order number and we will endeavour to resolve any problems as soon as possible. The longer a problematic parcel is left undelivered, the less likely it is to be resolved.
